FAQs

  • You will be billed monthly based on the day you start your subscription. For example, if you start services on the 5th, you will be billed on the 5th of each month.

  • Unfortunately, no. Contracts are based on a 3 month commitment. This is because sometimes it will take time for the partnership to reach a flow state. If things aren’t to your liking, tell me so we can work together.

  • If we are approaching the end of the billing cycle and you haven’t used all your hours, I will remind you to send me tasks so that the hours are used. Hours do not roll over.
